Description
Driver Age: Renters must be at least 18 years old. There is a young driver fee if the driver age is between (18-21) which is 35 AED per day.
Driving Experience: A minimum of one year of driving experience is required.
Refundable deposit: An amount of 2000 AED serves as a refundable security deposit. If you opt to pay the security deposit using your credit or debit card, the money will be reimbursed to the same account within 21 working days starting from the day you return the car.
Excess Claim Amount: AED 3000
Salik (Toll Gates): Each Salik or toll gate passage incurs a fee of 5 AED.

Dirty car return: 250 AED cleaning fees
Non-Smoking Policy: All cars are non-smoking. Penalty for smoking in the car: 500 AED
Vehicle Abandonment Penalty: 1200 AED + the cost of bringing the vehicle back
Accident Admin Fee: 100 AED
Fuel Policy: Same to same. If the car was returned with a low tank level than you recieved there will be a refilling fee: 50 AED plus the amount required to refill what was used.
Fine Admin Fee: If the rental company receives a parking fine OR traffic fine, there will be an administrative fee of 50 AED.
Late return: If the customer delayed in returning the car more than 2 hours; 1 day charge will be counted
